Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes a representative to process our credit request (5 to 10 business days).

For eligible items, we offer Checkout+ which allows you to unlock free returns. Customers who opt in to Checkout+ can submit a return or exchange request and receive a prepaid shipping label through the portal.
All other customers should still submit return requests through the portal but the customer is responsible to cover return shipping costs. Return labels should be purchased through the portal.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Also note, if you are located outside of the continental U.S. you may be contacted about additional shipping fees before your order is fulfilled. Failure to respond in 48 hours may result in your order being cancelled and refunded.
Shipping & Processing Times
When you place an order, we will charge $7.95 for shipping. Expect orders to be processed in one week or less, if you have not received tracking in this amount of time please contact us.
Orders are shipped Via UPS, FedEx, & USPS. Due to the size of the packages please allow up to two weeks from shipped date for delivery.
