E-enthusiasts themselves I’m happy with the work they did, services they provide, and genuine good company. They earned themselves a return customer for sure.”

They know what they're doing and how to repair electric products. This my go to PEV repair shop! Take your ride to them. The owner is a super nice guy too!”

What types of electric vehicles do you repair?

We repair e-bikes, electric scooters, electric dirt bikes, electric unicycles, and other personal electric vehicles. Our Long Beach shop handles both mechanical and electrical repairs, including tires, brakes, tune-ups, motors, controllers, wiring, displays, sensors, and more.

How much does an electrical diagnostic cost?

Our electrical diagnostic fee is currently $150. The diagnostic fee covers the technician time required to determine what is wrong with your vehicle and does not apply toward the cost of the repair. Once the diagnostic is complete, we will provide you with a separate repair quote. No additional repair work will be performed until you approve that quote.

How long do repairs usually take?

Repair time depends on the type of service, complexity of the problem, parts availability, and our current workload. Basic mechanical services can often be completed relatively quickly. Electrical repairs may take several weeks or, in some cases, several months, especially when a problem is complex or replacement parts are difficult to source. Discontinued vehicles can take even longer because compatible parts may be limited, unavailable, or require additional research to locate. We will always provide the best estimate we can, but electrical repair timelines can change depending on what we find during diagnosis and whether the necessary parts are available.

Do I need an appointment?

No. We do not schedule repair appointments. All repairs are handled through our drop-off system. You can bring your vehicle to our Long Beach shop during business hours and we will check it in for service. For electrical repairs, we recommend calling or texting 562-844-9144 before dropping off so we can confirm that replacement parts are available for your vehicle.

Do you install customer-supplied parts?

In many cases, yes, but we strongly recommend contacting your vehicle’s manufacturer first and purchasing the correct OEM replacement part whenever possible. OEM parts are usually easier and significantly less expensive for us to install because fitment and compatibility are more predictable. Aftermarket parts may require additional testing, modification, wiring changes, or troubleshooting, which can significantly increase labor costs. If you are unsure what part you need, contact the manufacturer with your make, model, and serial number before ordering.

Do you offer same-day repair service?

Yes. Same-day service is available for many basic mechanical repairs without an appointment, depending on the job and our current workload. Same-day service is available for an additional fee and is most commonly used for services such as: * Flat tire repair * Tire replacement * Brake service * Other basic mechanical repairs Electrical repairs generally require a drop-off and diagnostic before we can determine repair timing.

Do you repair e-bikes and scooters that you didn’t sell?

Yes. You do not need to purchase your vehicle from us to have it serviced here. We work on a wide variety of e-bike, electric scooter, electric dirt bike, and electric unicycle brands, including vehicles purchased online or from other retailers. We almost never reject an entire brand outright. For electrical repairs, the biggest factor is usually whether compatible replacement parts are available.

Do you work on Amazon and lesser-known e-bike or scooter brands?

In many cases, yes. We regularly work on direct-to-consumer and lesser-known brands. The main limitation is usually parts availability, especially for electrical repairs. Some manufacturers provide excellent replacement-part support, while others may have limited or discontinued parts. If you have an electrical problem, call or text us with your make and model before bringing the vehicle in.

How much does an e-bike or electric scooter flat tire repair cost?

Flat tire pricing can vary significantly depending on the vehicle, wheel design, tire type, and how difficult the wheel is to remove and reinstall. We have completed simple tire changes for as little as $35 in labor, while particularly difficult tire jobs can reach $180 or more in labor, plus parts. We work on tube, tubeless, and solid tires, including tires mounted on motor wheels. Call or text 562-844-9144 with your make and model if you would like a better idea of what your repair may cost.

Do you replace worn-out tires even if they aren’t flat?

Yes. You do not need to wait for a flat tire to replace worn tread. If your tire is worn, damaged, cracking, showing cords, or no longer providing good traction, we can replace it before it becomes a bigger problem. We replace tube, tubeless, and solid tires on e-bikes, electric scooters, and other electric vehicles.

Do you adjust brakes, replace brake pads, and perform brake bleeds?

Yes. We perform brake adjustments, brake pad replacement, rotor cleaning, and hydraulic brake bleeds on e-bikes, electric scooters, and other electric vehicles. The exact service needed depends on the condition and type of braking system. If your brakes feel weak, noisy, soft, uneven, or are not stopping the vehicle properly, bring it in for an inspection.

What is included in a full tune-up?

Our full tune-up covers a wide range of basic mechanical maintenance designed to keep your vehicle riding safely and smoothly. A full tune-up typically includes: * Checking and adjusting tire pressure * Tightening hardware and bolts * Cleaning the drivetrain * Lubricating the drivetrain * Brake adjustments * Cleaning brake rotors * Lubricating suspension components where applicable * A light basic detail Brake bleeds and brake pad replacement are not included in the tune-up and are quoted separately if needed.

How long do I have to pick up my vehicle after the repair is completed?

Once we notify you that your vehicle is ready, we ask that it be picked up within 7 days. If there are extenuating circumstances preventing you from picking it up within that time, please contact us as soon as possible. Vehicles that are not picked up within the 7-day period will be placed on a 90-day hold. After that hold period, unclaimed vehicles may be considered abandoned and disposed of in accordance with our service terms and applicable law.

Do you sell helmets and locks?

Yes. We carry NTA 8776 helmets designed for the higher speeds associated with e-bike riding, along with high-quality ABUS locks to help protect your bike from theft. We would rather help you choose gear designed to actually protect your head and your bike than rely on inexpensive equipment that only looks protective.
